Warranty & Activation Information

This product is delivered as a unused, never refurbished aircraft.

Many of the DJI Enterprise products we sell are activated prior to shipment using a universal region-free activation process. This allows customers access to genuine DJI hardware without regional restrictions.

Because the aircraft is activated prior to resale, it is not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care or DJI's U.S. manufacturer warranty programs.

DJI can still service these aircraft through their paid repair program.

For customers seeking accident, water, crash, and hardware protection, optional CPS Protection is available at checkout.

About The V-Mount Battery Option

The battery option is designed for teams that need the monitor away from wall power. V-mount batteries are commonly used in professional video, field production, and mobile monitoring because they provide portable power for larger displays and equipment.

The available battery configuration uses 90Wh V-mount style batteries. Actual run time depends on screen brightness, temperature, battery condition, and how the monitor is being used. Running at full brightness in the field will use more power than indoor or shaded operation.

For wildlife recovery, public safety, SAR, and mobile command work, the battery option is usually the safer choice. For powered command posts, offices, or vehicles, the no-battery option may be enough.

Compatibility
