Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order. If anything is unclear, call or email us before you buy. Real people answer.
Delivery timeline
Most orders deliver in 5 to 7 business days. That window covers order processing plus transit. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
This is a typical estimate, not a guarantee. Enterprise equipment can run into carrier delays, weather, or supply timing outside our control. If anything affects your order, we will reach out and keep you updated. We would rather tell you early than leave you guessing.
Where orders ship from
We run a hybrid fulfillment model. Some units ship from our U.S. inventory and some ship directly from our supply partners, depending on the model and current availability. Either way, the delivery window above is what we plan around. If you want to know the origin on a specific order, just ask and we will tell you straight.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships. If you create an account at checkout you can also check status there. If a tracking number has not moved in a couple of business days, contact us and we will chase it down with the carrier.
Signature and delivery
Because these are high value shipments, many orders require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package at the address you provide.
Once an order is delivered to the address on the order, responsibility for the equipment passes to you. We are not able to cover loss or theft after a carrier confirms delivery, so please use a secure delivery location.
Shipping address accuracy
Double check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address on the order and cannot be responsible for an incorrect address entered during checkout. If you catch a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your shipment arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging. Take photos of the box and contents and contact us right away so we can open a carrier claim and get you taken care of. The faster you reach out, the faster we can resolve it.
Net 30 for qualified agencies
Net 30 terms are available for qualified law enforcement agencies, fire departments, municipal entities, and approved business buyers. We provide W-9 documentation, vendor registration information, and procurement-formatted quotes. Contact us to set up terms before ordering.
International orders
We primarily serve U.S. customers. International fulfillment is available by arrangement on a case by case basis. Reach out before ordering so we can confirm availability, timelines, duties, and any export requirements.
Billing and who you are buying from
Charges appear on your statement as STEALTHUAVS. Stealth UAVs is the professional and agency division operated by Covert Drones LLC, which processes billing for this store. If you have any question about a charge, contact us first and we will sort it out quickly.
