The 4TD can. It is IP55 rated with low-noise anti-ice propellers, so it flies in rain, wind, and cold where a standard airframe stays grounded. The 4T is not rated for all-weather, which is the main reason most fire teams start with the 4TD.
Will thermal see through smoke?+
Thermal picks up heat in conditions where your eyes cannot. It cuts through smoke and total darkness to find body heat, locate the seat of the fire, and track hot spots during overhaul. Both the 4TD and 4T carry the same 640 by 512 thermal sensor.

Yes. The First Responder Kit integrates a 114 dB speaker and a 100 meter spotlight, so you can call an evacuation, light a scene, and direct people during a water rescue or low-light operation. The 4T offers spotlight and speaker as configurable options.

Yes. A command monitor option puts the live thermal and visual feed on a larger screen so the IC, sector officers, and mutual aid partners can watch without crowding around the controller.
