Ordering, Quotes & Procurement
How do I get a quote?
Call or text us at (863) 224-6923, or email sales@stealthuavs.com with the platform and quantity you need. We send itemized, procurement-ready quotes, usually the same day. Tell us what your purchasing department requires and we will format it to match.
Do you work with purchase orders?
Yes. We take purchase orders from qualified agencies, departments, and businesses. Send us your PO, or ask for a quote first and we will walk you through it.
Do you offer Net 30 terms?
Yes, for qualified agencies and businesses. Reach out before you order and we will get your terms set up so it does not slow down your purchase.
Can you provide a W-9 and vendor paperwork?
Yes. W-9s, vendor registration forms, and the documentation your purchasing system needs are all available on request. Just tell us what you need and we will get it back to you fast.
Do you sell to government and public agencies?
That is most of what we do. Law enforcement, fire, search and rescue, emergency management, utilities, and government buyers are our core customers, and the store is built around how they purchase.
Our Drones & DJI
Are you an authorized DJI dealer?
No. Stealth UAVs is an independent reseller. We are not an authorized DJI dealer and we are not affiliated with DJI. We want you to know exactly who you are buying from.
Are these drones new?
They are unused and unflown with zero flight hours. Each unit is activated prior to resale, runs standard DJI firmware, and binds to your DJI account like any other unit. Because they are activated, they are not considered new under DJI's strict definition, and we are upfront about that.
What does "activated" mean for me?
It means the unit was registered before it shipped to you. In day to day use it works the same as any other unit. You bind it to your DJI account, run firmware updates, and fly it normally. The main difference is warranty eligibility, which we cover below.
Are the drones covered under DJI warranty or Enterprise Care?
Because of activation status, these units are not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care and may not qualify for DJI's U.S. warranty programs. DJI can still service them as paid repairs, and we offer a third-party protection option at checkout. No surprises after you buy.
What is CPS Drone Protection?
CPS Drone Protection is a third-party coverage option offered at checkout. It gives you a path to protect your investment against damage and operational issues. If you are not sure what coverage makes sense for your operation, call us and we will walk through it.
Will I get firmware and software updates?
Yes. These run standard DJI firmware and update like any other unit.
How do I know which drone is right for my mission?
Call or text us. Tell us what you are doing in the field and we will point you to the right platform and the right kit. If a less expensive option is the better fit, that is what we will tell you.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you deliver?
Most orders deliver in 5 to 7 business days.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Some kits ship in multiple boxes depending on where items are coming from and battery shipping rules. If part of your order lands a day ahead of the rest, that is normal. Reach out anytime if something looks off.
Do you ship to agency or department addresses?
Yes. We ship to agencies, departments, and business addresses, and we can work with your receiving and delivery requirements.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. You get a confirmation when you order and tracking when it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve customers in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., reach out and we will let you know what we can do.
Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout. Qualified agencies and businesses can also order by purchase order with Net 30 terms.
Why does my card statement say SP STEALTH UAVS?
That is us. All orders are sold and billed by Stealth UAVs LLC, and charges appear on your statement as SP STEALTH UAVS. If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us first and we will sort it out quickly.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs over a secure, encrypted connection.
Returns, Support & Repairs
What is your return policy?
If something is not right, reach out and we will help you make it right. Our full return terms are on our Return Policy page.
What happens if I have a problem after delivery?
We are still here. Setup questions, firmware, CPS claims, and repair coordination are all part of the deal. The relationship does not end at checkout.
Can my drone be repaired?
Yes. DJI can service these units as paid repairs, and if you have CPS Drone Protection you have a coverage path as well. Contact us and we will help you start the process.
Funding & Budget
Can these be purchased with agency or budget funding?
We provide itemized, procurement-ready quotes and vendor documentation to support your purchasing process, including state, municipal, private, and foundation funding sources. Tell us what your funding source requires and we will format the paperwork to match.
