This product is delivered as a unused, never refurbished aircraft.
Many of the DJI Enterprise products we sell are activated prior to shipment using a universal region-free activation process. This allows customers access to genuine DJI hardware without regional restrictions.
Because the aircraft is activated prior to resale, it is not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care or DJI's U.S. manufacturer warranty programs.
DJI can still service these aircraft through their paid repair program.
For customers seeking accident, water, crash, and hardware protection, optional CPS Protection is available at checkout.

Coverage terms, limits, deductibles, and claim procedures are determined by CPS and will be provided during enrollment.

The DJI Matrice 4TD First Responder Kit is an all-weather thermal platform for fire departments, law enforcement, search and rescue, and emergency management teams that cannot stand down when the weather turns. It ships configured on a single purchase order, ready to deploy the day it arrives.
The 4TD carries the same five-sensor payload as the M4T. A 640x512 thermal camera, a 48MP telephoto with 112x hybrid zoom, wide and medium telephoto cameras, and a laser rangefinder that tags a GPS coordinate from up to 1,800 meters. Onboard AI detects people, vehicles, and vessels in real time. The difference is the airframe. The 4TD is IP55 rated, so it keeps flying in rain, fog, snow, and dust where an unrated drone has to land.
This kit includes the AL1 spotlight for ground illumination and the AS1 speaker for scene announcements and callouts, so a crew can run night and all-weather operations without swapping gear.

The 4TD adds an IP55-rated, fixed-arm airframe with anti-ice propellers, longer endurance, faster 240W charging, and Dock 3 compatibility for 24/7 autonomous standby. If your team flies in all weather or needs around-the-clock readiness, the 4TD is the platform. If you fly mostly in clear conditions and want the lighter folding airframe, the M4T saves budget.
